Performed by five young dancers and a lighting designer, Peaux – Troisième Hymne traces the geographies of a community striving to feel, experience and embody the world in a different way.
The piece is rooted in our potential for emancipatory intimacy, exploring our relationships with vitality and care within a lifeless space. The challenge is to transform fatalism into a project.
A sense of urgency within immobility, or an attempt at distortion. One vital impulse remains : that of constructing the topography of one’s own body.

« A piece for collective solitudes
in a lifeless space
An experiment under the microscope
the friction of light and skin
amidst the ruins, the depths of urgency
Our bodies
as young dancers
are to be gathered in the palms of our eyes
presences or feelings of living and departing
geographies that always favour the drapes
the chiaroscuro, our game of carefree abandon
It is a promise of dawn
to be beside, to be with oneself
to move amongst others
to be a collective that has not chosen itself
and yet shares history and its shreds. »
